They worked hard to meet my time requirements and battled an old house that was a challenge for the workmen. They performed the work efficiently and were very professional. Nice personable knowledgeable receptionist. Will look into doing a renovation on my bathroom. They can do tile, epoxy floors and demo of old with capping water lines and reconnecting upon completion. Easy to talk to and recommends products that will last and not just the more expensive product that you really don’t need. Will be talking to them about finalizing numbers & scheduling.

We are delighted with Coastal Bath and definitely recommend them to anyone wanting to update and improve their shower. We had an old fiberglass-builder installed shower in our master-bathroom. We replaced it a year ago with a new shower using acrylic walls, new fixtures, grab bars and a seat. It is very easy to keep clean - especially compared to our old fiberglass one-piece shower stall. And ALL the folks at Coastal Bath have been enthusiastic and friendly! When we recently asked about some of the caulking getting a little yellow, they are sending a crew out this week to re-caulk at no cost. They have been great to work with, and when we decide to update the secondary hall bath, Coastal Bath is who we will call!

We had both our bathrooms completed in our condo in OC. Coastal Bath did an excellent job. We are very pleased with the results. The only issue, was the sealant they use around the tile, does not allow paint to adhere. And we had old paint showing through the clear sealant. We managed to find a way around it. The bathrooms look great with the new shower and tub. We are so pleased and the work was completed on time as promised.

Coastal Bath gave a fair price and followed up on the installation date and did the job on the date promised and finished up on one day, cleaned up everything. The two installers came on time in the morning worked extremely hard all day and were very friendly. The materials look like they’re very good quality and they guarantee me a lifetime warranty so we were very satisfied with the work promised and provided and we are just depending on the Lifetime Warranty which we have paperwork to give us no concern about that but that’s the only thing to be determined yet.

From the salesperson to the installers to the office support this company was a pleasure to work with. The salesperson listened and helped us figure out what we wanted. The installers: Josh, Robert, and Chad were on time, explained what they were going to do and didn’t mind that I kept sticking my head in to see what they were doing. Stephanie and Alyssa regularly updated me on the status of my job. When the material came in and a date was scheduled, Adam and Leo showed up on time. They were extremely neat, professional and friendly. The work was outstanding and completed in 1 1/2 days. I had a couple of minor things that needed to be addressed after completion and Adam showed up after work that same day to take care of it. Customer service means everything. I needed a bathroom remodel completed in Fenwick Island. After calling around and speaking to a few different companies I decided to have Coastal Bath Company along with a few others come out to give me an estimate. The job itself took 2 days and we couldn’t have been happier with the result! I am a double amputee and we previously had a tub/shower combo. I could not be happier with the low curb shower that was installed! I am finally able to access our bathroom easily and without issue!

They arrived on time the day they promised to start the remodel. The owner also accompanied his 2 technicians and was involved with every aspect of the remodel. They completed the job, as promised in 4 days with no inconvenience to us. Our new bathroom looks great, and all our neighbors want the phone number of our contractor that did the job.
