OR SHOWER, IN EXISTING BATHROOM FOR US TO INSTALL NEW SHOWER SYSTEM) VALUED UP TO $8,500.

entrant acknowledges that the Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated
with, any participating parties’ social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or YouTube.

SPONSOR – Coastal Bath Company (“Sponsor”).

ELIGIBILITY – The Sweepstakes is open to U.S. citizens currently residing in Coastal Bath Company’s service area, which includes parts of Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, and New Jersey. Eligible residents must live in one of the following counties:

Delaware: New Castle County, Kent County, Sussex County
Maryland: Baltimore County, Caroline County, Cecil County, Dorchester County, Harford County, Kent County, Montgomery County, Queen Anne’s County, Somerset County, Talbot County, Wicomico County, Worcester County
Virginia: Accomack County
New Jersey: Atlantic County, Burlington County, Camden County, Cape May County, Cumberland County, Gloucester County, Mercer County, Morris County, Salem County

Residents of these counties must be 18 years of age or older by the beginning of the Sweepstakes Period and must be the homeowner of the property for which they are entering, except where prohibited by law. Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of each entrant. Employees, former employees, and relatives of employees of Coastal Bath Company are excluded from entering. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entrants if there is evidence of tampering.

The Sweepstakes shall be open to all eligible persons regardless of race, color, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, religion, age, disability, marital or veteran status, or any other legally protected status.

Each participant, by entering the Giveaway, acknowledges that the prize is ONE (1) ACRYLIC TUB OR SHOWER SYSTEM REPLACEMENT ONLY (there must be an existing unit, tub or shower, in the existing bathroom for Coastal Bath Company to install the new shower system), valued up to $8,500. Entrants represent and warrant to Sponsor that (i) they are the current legal owner of, and have the immediate legal right to renovate, a bathroom located in a single-family home, condominium, or other residence (“Property”), (ii) there are no other parties with any interest in the Property, and (iii) no other parties’ consent shall be required to complete such renovation. The Property and winner must reside within the above-listed counties within Coastal Bath Company’s service area. If the Property is not within Coastal Bath Company’s service area, the contestant or entry is automatically disqualified. The Property and bathroom chosen for the prize MUST have an existing tub or shower system already in place — the prize is replacement ONLY.

AGREEMENT TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS – By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to abide by these Terms and Conditions, including all eligibility requirements, and understands that the results of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor and its agents, are final in all respects.

TIME PERIOD – The Sweepstakes entry period is open year-round, beginning at 12:00 a.m. EST on January 1, 2025, and continuing through 11:59 p.m. EST on December 7, 2025 (“Sweepstakes Period”). Only entries received during this time frame will be eligible. Sponsor, at its sole discretion, may elect to cancel the Sweepstakes at any time without notice. Additionally, in the event any portion of the Sweepstakes is compromised by causes beyond Sponsor’s control which, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, impair the integrity, administration, security, or operation of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to cancel, suspend, extend, abbreviate or terminate the Sweepstakes. If Sponsor elects to abbreviate the Sweepstakes, winner(s) will be determined from all eligible entries received prior to the action or compromise giving rise to the suspension or termination of this Sweepstakes.

HOW TO ENTER – To be considered valid, entries must be made during the Sweepstakes Period by (i) completing
the entry form on the Sponsor’s website www.coastalbaths.com. (ii) completing the entry form at one of the
Sponsor’s vendor booths at local events. Limit one (1) entry per person per day for the duration of the
Sweepstakes. By entering, each entrant confirms that they meet the eligibility requirements as set out above
and agrees to these Terms and Conditions and Sponsor’s decision in all matters related to the Sweepstakes,
which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Automated entries are prohibited, and the
use of any automated devices will result in disqualification. Receipt of entries may or may not be acknowledged
and proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. All entries become the property
of the Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for any lost, late, undelivered, misdirected, incorrect or inaccurate
entries whether caused by hardware, software, or Internet resources associated with or utilized for the
Sweepstakes, or by technical or human error during the submission and/or processing of entries.

SELECTION OF WINNER – Winner will be randomly selected by Sponsor from all eligible entries at the end of the
Sweepstakes Period. The sponsor will draw one (1) finalist and they will be contacted within three (3) business days
via the preferred means of contact provided at time of entry. Sponsor will need to determine location of said
finalist on December 7, 2025. Sponsor will arrive at given location of Winner on agreed upon date to deliver $8500 check or credit towards their dream bath makeover, and
by submitting Sweepstakes entry, contestant gives Sponsor permission to be recorded and aired on TV and
social media. If, after three (3) attempts, the potential finalist cannot be reached by Sponsor the prize shall be

forfeited and an alternate finalist will be randomly selected from the remaining eligible entries using the same
procedure listed above. Each day during the Sweepstakes Period, all eligible entries will be collected and
catalogued by Sponsor. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the
Sweepstakes Period. All winning entries are subject to verification by Sponsor, whose decision shall be final. The
sponsor is not responsible for any change in the mailing address, telephone number or email address of
entrants. Non-winning entries will not be carried forward to future sweepstakes.
PUBLICITY – As a condition of entry into the Sweepstakes, except where prohibited by law, each entrant by
entering and each winner by accepting their prize grants to Sponsor a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license
and right to publicize, broadcast, display and/or otherwise use the entrant’s or winner’s name, likeness and
derivatives thereof in any media now known or hereafter devised through the world in perpetuity for
advertising and publicity purposes, without additional review, compensation, consideration, permission nor
approach. Before and after pictures will be required of the remodeled property. By entering this contest, the
winner agrees to allow Coastal Bath Company to use their name, likeness, and any footage or photographs taken
during the prize delivery and follow-up for promotional purposes, including but not limited to TV, social media,
website, and other marketing materials.

SWEEPSTAKES PRIZE – The prize shall be an Eight Thousand Five Hundred Dollar and 00/100 ($8,500.00) credit toward a complete acrylic bath or shower replacement. This includes an acrylic wall system with tub or shower base, three shelves, an expandable shower curtain rod color-matched to fixtures, Moen Brantford fixtures in chrome or brushed nickel, removal of the existing tub or shower unit, and new moisture board and drain—fully supplied and installed by Sponsor (Coastal Bath Company), including labor.

The prize is only valid for replacement of an existing tub or shower and cannot be applied to install a new unit where none currently exists. Prize winners are responsible for any costs exceeding the $8,500 credit. Additional features or fixtures such as grab bars, shower doors, benches, flooring, toilets, or other upgrades are not included and will be the responsibility of the prize winner.

All federal, state, and local taxes related to the receipt or use of the prize, if any, shall be the sole responsibility of the prize winner. By entering the Sweepstakes, each winner agrees to comply with all applicable reporting requirements.

Prizes may not be sold, assigned, transferred, changed, exchanged, substituted, or redeemed for cash. By entering, winners agree to allow Coastal Bath Company to use their name, likeness, and any footage or photographs taken during the prize delivery and follow-up for promotional purposes, including but not limited to TV, social media, website, and other marketing materials.

DISPUTES – All disputes arising from or relating to the Sweepstakes shall be submitted exclusively to the
jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delmar, Sussex County, Delaware. Each entrant hereby
irrevocably consents to the jurisdiction of such courts and waives all objections thereto. Each entrant hereby
irrevocably waives any and all rights to trial by jury in any legal proceeding in connection with the Sweepstakes,
the Terms and Conditions and any and all further transactions contemplated hereby. Except where prohibited,

each entrant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between or among the parties and any
claims or causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, any prize awarded, or the
determination of the winner shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. Any and all
disputes that arise relating to the Sweepstakes must be filed within one (1) year from the end of the
Sweepstakes Period.

INDEMNIFICATION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY – BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES, EACH ENTRANT
RECOGNIZES THAT SPONSOR AND ITS PARENT, AFFILIATE AND SUBSIDIARY COMPANIES MAKE NO EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED WARRANTIES AS TO THE PRIZE AND EACH ENTRANT AGREES TO INDEMNIFY, RELEASE AND HOLD
HARMLESS SPONSOR AND ITS PARENT, AFFILIATE AND SUBSIDIARY COMPANIES, AND ALL THEIR RESPECTIVE
OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS FROM ANY LIABILITY, DAMAGES, LOSSES
OR INJURY RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM ENTRANT’S PARTICIPATION IN
THE SWEEPSTAKES AND THE ACCEPTANCE, USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE THAT MAY BE WON. EACH ENTRANT
FURTHER RECOGNZIES THAT THE SWEEPSTAKES IS IN NO WAY SPONSORED, ENDORSED OR ADMINISTERED BY,
OR ASSOCIATED WITH, ANY PARTICIPATING PARTIES’ SOCIAL MEDIA CHANNELS, INCLUDING FACEBOOK,
TWITTER, INSTAGRAM AND YOUTUBE, AND AGREES TO INDEMNIFY, RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS FACEBOOK,
TWITTER, INSTAGRAM AND YOUTUBE, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE PARENT, AFFILIATE AND SUBSIDIARY
COMPANIES, AND ALL THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS
FROM ANY LIABILITY, DAMAGES, LOSSES OR INJURY RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR
INDIRECTLY, FROM ENTRANT’S PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES AND THE ACCEPTANCE, USE OR MISUSE OF
ANY PRIZE THAT MAY BE WON.

MISCELLANEOUS – Headings are provided for reference purposes only and will not be given any substantive
effect. The failure by Sponsor to exercise or enforce any right or provision herein shall not constitute a waiver
thereof. If any provision herein is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, said
provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remainder of these Official Rules
shall remain in full force and effect.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS/WINNERS LIST REQUEST – To obtain a copy of these Terms and Conditions or for a list
of winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Sponsor to 106 N. Pennsylvania Ave. Delmar, DE 19940.
Requests for lists of winners must be received no later than three (3) months after the end of the Sweepstakes
Period.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
