Coastal Bath: Absolutely Amazing! I recently had the pleasure of working with Coastal Bath to remodel my shower in Ocean City, MD and I couldn't be more impressed! From start to finish, the entire experience was exceptional. The salesperson, Ricky Shoemaker, was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He answered all my questions up front and was extremely thorough and engaged and responsive with any follow on questions i had. The office staff, Stephanie and Carly, were absolutely amazing. They were incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and responsive to all of my questions as well and they made the entire process stress-free and enjoyable. The installation crew, led by Josh, was top-notch. They were meticulous, professional, and friendly. Their attention to detail was impeccable, and they left my condo cleaner than they found it. It was clear that they took pride in their work and were committed to delivering a high-quality product. I would highly recommend Coastal Bath to anyone looking for a quality shower remodel. My walk in shower is gorgeous! The men from Coastal Bath were very professional and showed my son each step during installation. From the first call to the final installation was stress-free. I will definitely use Coastal bath when I do my second bathroom.
