Coasts Bath did a great job on replacing a 48×60 old tub to a huge beautiful shower. The best part of the whole experience was dealing with the owner, Stephanie, the sales, I think it was Fred?, the staff when I would call and the two techs who installed the shower, Bryan and Leo, who were very thorough. I couldn’t have asked for better representatives of a company than all of you.

Very reliable and hard-working. The crew was great with communication.

Met the Coastal team at the home show at the Delaware State Fairgrounds. Scheduled an appraisal at that time. Fred called a was able to arrive early. He was prepared with a variety of samples and accessory options. We were contacted by Stephanie to review and confirm our plans prior to ordering the material. On the day of installation, Josh and Gerardo arrived on time. They also confirmed what was being done. They hit the ground running. They were clean, courteous and an incredible team. Gerardo is an artist when it comes to the finish caulking. Great job to all.

I had a tub to shower conversion last summer and liked it so well I did the master bath over the winter. I’m highly pleased with both makeovers. Much easier to clean. The guys had installed were great. Highly recommend.

Our two-day renovation project to replace our shower in the master bath was completed early this afternoon and we could not be more pleased. We knew it would be an improvement over what we had replaced but the end result has far exceeded our expectations. We are thrilled with our beautiful new shower. Absolutely gorgeous. From the start to finish Coastal Bath has been awesome. When they came out to do the estimate they were not pushy. I called several times to ask questions they took the time and answered my questions and explained things to me. The install guys were very nice and kept eveything clean. They did awesome work. We were looking for a quality shower replacement company that we could trust and know the job would be done right – the first time. We interviewed several companies and felt Coastal Bath offered that local “We will take care of you like you are our neighbor” feeling. Their installers were polite and didn’t seem to rush their work. More importantly, they were quick to help us after the build when we wanted to make an adjustment. Definitely the right decision for us!!

They did a tub to walk-in shower conversion, Installers arrived on time, they were friendly and answered all my questions. I was amazed at how quickly they removed the old tub/shower and that the mess was contained to the bathroom. I can’t wait to paint, install new sink and decorate this bathroom

We recently had our bath tub replaced with a walk in shower along with the installation of new flooring. In addition we also had a new exhaust fan and overhead light installed. The installation crew arrived on time and was very professional in their work. At the end of the day they showed us a brand new walk in shower, floor and a whisper quiet exhaust fan. We were so impressed with their work that we decided to have the bath tub in our other bathroom replaced as well as the floor and exhaust fan. Our experience with Coastal Bath Company has been a rewarding one. We highly recommend this company if you are looking to upgrade your bathroom.

They tore out my old shower and installed a beautiful updated new shower, complete with a teak seat, grab bar, and 3 corner shelves. It’s beautiful.

We had an existing shower replaced. Installers arrived on time and did an excellent job, very professional. From the time we talked with them at the Home Expo in Salisbury to the installation the entire team were friendly, professional and dedicated. Thanks.

They tore out my old ugly shower. Made sure everything behind the walls was ok. Put in green board. Installed my new beautiful shower with a fold up teak wood seat, grab bars, 3 corner shelves and a magnetic shower head. The results are awesome.

By far the most courteous, professional, neat and very easy to work with. They cleaned up at the end of each day. The sales person Nate was knowledgeable and never pressured us to sign that day, but we decided to sign a contract because of our comfort level . A couple of Days later Coastal bath sent out Frank to review the work that was to be performed, and make sure we understood what ,when and how it was to be performed. Frank was very patient with me, with all my questions.

I felt like this is a very personal and professional company, that I asked Frank to look at our second bath , Frank took some measurements and quoted me such a great price to do both bathrooms that I agreed.

Now when it comes to contacting the office Stephanie is a co-owner and always available to answer any and all questions, and also very knowledgeable!

We had both our bathrooms completed in our condo in OC. Coastal bath did an excellent job. We are very pleased with the results. The only issue, was the sealant they use around the tile, does not allow paint to adhere. And we had old paint showing through the clear sealant. We managed to find a way around it. The bathrooms look great with the new shower and tub. We are so pleased and the work was completed on time as promised. They are concerned with making sure the customer is happy. They understand that with a project as costly as bathroom remodeling, that customer satisfaction comes first. We highly recommend Coastal bath.

Stephanie and Alyssa regularly updated me on the status of my job. When the material came in and a date was scheduled, Adam and Leo showed up on time. They were extremely neat, professional and friendly. The work was outstanding and completed in 1 1/2 days. I had a couple of minor things that needed to be addressed after completion and Adam showed up after work that same day to take care of it. Customer service means everything. My wife & I had to make some hard choices to make, and between Stephanie in the office & her entire crew, they made our transition smoothier than could be expected. In addition, they listened to our needs and presented viable options. I have worked with other contractors and these folks have been the best by far. And there is something to be said about a local family owned business.. Much rather work with them than try to plead with somebody at ‘corporate’ that just does not care. We will absolutely use them for our future projects!

Coastal Bath provided a complete renovation for our master and guest bathrooms. The bathrooms were gutted top to bottom and modernized with vinyl showers and a tub, new vanities, faucets and fixtures, lighting, flooring, and freshly painted walls. The quality of the vinyl showers and tub is fantastic and looks great…. much better than tile and grout and easy to maintain. We are extremely pleased with the high level of customer service and responsiveness Stephanie provided throughout the duration of work. We did have some issues or “punch list” items that they needed to come back and take care of, but these were all addressed to our satisfaction in a timely fashion, and we are super happy with the outcome. We highly recommend Coastal Bath.

Brian and Orlando were exceptional and professional when they came to complete our complete shower installation! They arrived at 8:30 am and the job was completed by 4pm! Where do I start? We needed the works for our 1969 original bathroom. Stephanie will get everything done for you! Bryan and Gerardo were respectful and courteous and have the skill needed to carry out what I call perfection!!!! I am beyond satisfied…. and now it is not a bathroom it is a SPA! Now if only they did kitchens.

The two installers (Adam and Brian) arrived on time, removed our old bathtub and shower. The next day they installed a brand new shower with hand rails, a nice comfortable seat and hand held shower as well. A Two day very professional job

We had one full bathroom remodeled and one additional shower replaced. Adam and Leo came and did a super amazing job on both. We had a 1930’s bathroom updated with new tub, shower, and acrylic walls in white subway tile and wainscoting. The transformation was absolutely beautiful. We also had the flooring replaced with a wood-look plank. We are extremely happy with the results. Adam rebuilt our drains and installed all of our accessories. Adam and Leo are a great team and very good at what they do. The shower we replaced was old (1950’s) and our new shower has a clean and safe look to it. We were not disappointed and neither will you. All together the work on both bathrooms took only 4 days. The full bath had plastered walls and tile. Great company!!

Coastal Bath performed excellent work on my new bathroom. They did a bath to shower conversion, replacement of my old toilet and bath floor with new components and had repainted the bathroom, according to my specifications. This is much better than what was offered by competitors. One contractor could not work on a building of more than one floor.

Another would only do a bath to shower conversion…no painting. Coastal Bath is superb!

I had coastal bath for my walk-in bath tub. I am almost 90 years old and never met a more reliable honest company to work with. They answer every question and they get back to you quickly. I have been so happy with my walk-in bathtub.

Adam and Leo from Costal Baths, replaced an old tile shower with one on their showers in our master bathroom. They showed up on time, and completed the job in one day. They were very neat and cleaned up after the job was completed. One of the parts had to be installed at a later time. This was done in a timely manner. We would certainly recommend Coastal Baths. Coastal Bath is great to work with. They did an outstanding job in an emergency situation and came at a minute’s notice Friday afternoon the week before Christmas working until after 8 p.m. to finish the job. The salesman even stopped by during installation to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. The 3 installers, Adam, Geraldo and Orlando never complained a minute about having to be there so late and were very courteous and professional. Would highly recommend them if you need a bathroom remodel.

After calling around and speaking to a few different companies I decided to have Coastal Bath Company along with a few others come out to give me an estimate. Coastal Bath Company went out of their way to meet me at my property on a Sunday as it was the only day I was able to make it down since we live out of state and are not full time residents. After speaking with Frank and going over our plan for what we wanted to accomplish we decided to move forward and have the job completed. We were told that materials needed to be ordered and Frank was very up front on time frame for the completion of our job which was great. Coastal Bath was spot on in their estimate. Too many times we have been promised a timeframe from other companies on previous jobs that were not met (and most of the time double what we were told). Once our materials arrived, Frank called us to schedule the install immediately and was able to come out the next day to begin work. The job itself took 2 days and we couldn’t have been happier with the result! I am a double amputee and we previously had a tub/shower combo. I could not be happier with the low curb shower that was installed! I am finally able to access our bathroom easily and without issue! Thank you Coastal Bath!

Can’t say enough how fortunate we found Coastal Bath. at the OC Spring Home & Condo Show. Mr. Miller & associate were very attentive to our shower needs. All questions asked and answered. Project, as promised, finished within a day with no additional costs. Workmanship excellent. We highly recommend Coastal Bath for your bathroom needs.

I typically don’t do reviews, but I have a rental property in Bethany that required difficult time constraints. Frank and his team were finished in one day! He was very responsive and respectful. I’d recommend him to anyone in the area. Looks great!

Love it, love it, love it!

We recently had a small corner shower replaced. The area that could be used for a new shower was not large enough for showers that are available in any of the big box or retail stores. They came out and measured the area and installed a perfect fitting shower stall that is fantastic in looks and functionality.

Frank and his team are outstanding professionals, highly experienced and deeply knowledgeable. I recommend them highly!
