SPONSOR – Coastal Bath Company, See Leg’s LLC. & Pure Lure (“Sponsor”).

ELIGIBILITY – The Sweepstakes is open to all U.S. Veterans who are current home owners residing in Coastal Bath Company’s service area of the Delmarva Peninsula including MD & DE. Must reside in one of the following counties in Maryland; Queen Anne’s County, Talbot County, Caroline County, Dorchester County, Wicomico County, Somerset County or Worcester County. Or one of the following counties in Delaware; Sussex County or Kent County. Residents of these counties must be 18 years of age or older by the beginning of the Sweepstakes Period and a homeowner of the home in which they’re entering for, except where prohibited by law. Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of each entrant. Employees, former employees, and relatives of employees are excluded from entering. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entrants if there is evidence of tampering. The Sweepstakes shall be open to all eligible persons regardless of race, color, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, religion, age, disability, marital or veteran status, or any other legally protected status. Each participant, by entering the Giveaway, acknowledges that the prize is ONE (1) ACRYLIC TUB OR SHOWER SYSTEM, REPLACEMENT ONLY (THERES MUST BE AN EXISTING UNIT, TUB OR SHOWER, IN EXISTING BATHROOM FOR COASTAL BATH COMPANY TO INSTALL NEW SHOWER SYSTEM) an $8,500 value, toward a bathroom renovation, and represents and warrants to Sponsor that (i) the entrant is the current legal owner of, and has the immediate legal right to renovate, a bathroom located in a single-family home, condominium or other residence (“Property”) and (ii) that there are no other parties with any interest in the Property and (iii) that no other parties’ consent shall be required to complete such renovation. (“Property”) and winner must reside within the above listed Counties of Maryland or Delaware which covers Coastal Bath Company service area. If (“Property”) is not within Coastal Bath Company’s service area the contestant or entry is automatically disqualified and (iv) The (“Property”) and bathroom chosen for the prize MUST have an existing tub or shower system already in place – Prize is replacement ONLY. Each participant by entering the giveaway for the fishing trip, acknowledges that the trip is a one day, to be determined, roughly 8-10 hour trip via offshore fishing boat hosted by See Legs LLC. The offshore fishing trip will be hosted together with all winners of the sweepstakes on the same day. Date is to be announced with the winners of the sweepstakes. Guests of the winners and anyone on board must be 18 years of age or older.

AGREEMENT TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS – By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to abide by these Terms and Conditions, including all eligibility requirements, and understands that the results of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor and its agents, are final in all respects.

TIME PERIOD – The Sweepstakes shall begin at 8:00 a.m. EST on MAY 26, 2023, and shall end at 11:59 p.m. EST on JULY 23, 2023 (“Sweepstakes Period”). Entries received after the Sweepstakes period shall be automatically entered into Coastal Bath Company’s next $5000 giveaway sweepstakes entry unless contestant withdraws from giveaway. Additionally, in the event any portion of the Sweepstakes is compromised by causes beyond Sponsor’s control which, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, impair the integrity, administration, security, or operation of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to cancel, suspend, extend, abbreviate or terminate the Sweepstakes. If Sponsor elects to abbreviate the Sweepstakes, winner(s) will be determined from all eligible entries received prior to the action or compromise giving rise to the suspension or termination of this Sweepstakes

HOW TO ENTER – To be considered valid, entries must be made during the Sweepstakes Period by (i) completing the entry form on the Sponsor’s website www.www.coastalbaths.com. (ii) completing the entry form at one of the Sponsor’s vendor booths at local events. (iii) completing the entry form at Pure Lure retail location in West Ocean City, MD. Limit one (1) entry per person per day for duration of the Sweepstakes. By entering, each entrant confirms that they meet the eligibility requirements as set out above and agree to these Terms and Conditions and Sponsor’s decision in all matters related to the Sweepstakes, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Automated entries are prohibited, and use of any automated devices will result in disqualification. Receipt of entries may or may not be acknowledged and proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. All entries become the property of the Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for any lost, late, undelivered, misdirected, incorrect or inaccurate entries whether caused by hardware, software, or Internet resources associated with or utilized for the Sweepstakes, or by technical or human error during the submission and/or processing of entries.

PUBLICITY – As a condition of entry into the Sweepstakes, except where prohibited by law, each entrant by entering and each winner by accepting their prize grants to Sponsor a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license and right to publicize, broadcast, display and/or otherwise use the entrant’s or winner’s name, likeness and derivatives thereof in any media now known or hereafter devised through the world in perpetuity for advertising and publicity purposes, without additional review, compensation, consideration, permission nor approach. Before and after pictures will be required of the remodeled property.

SWEEPSTAKES PRIZE – The prize shall be a Eight Thousand Five Hundred Dollar and 00/100 ($8,500.00) credit towards an acrylic bath or shower replacement which ONLY includes acrylic wall system with tub or shower base (standard size replacement only), 3 shelves, standard bypass door in chrome or brushed nickel only, Moen Brantford fixtures in chrome or brushed nickel and the removal of the existing tub or shower unit as well as new moisture board and drain supplied and installed by Sponsor (Coastal Bath Co.) which includes labor, and may be redeemed at Sponsor location. Only eligible with replacement of existing tub or shower, cannot install new tub or shower where there is no current existing shower unit. Prize winner is responsible for any and all balance over their Eight Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($8,500.00) credit for which they won through entry. Any additional features or fixtures such as grab bars, bench, flooring, toilet, door or fixture upgrades, etc. are an additional cost and prize winner is responsible for. All federal, state and local taxes associated with the receipt or use of any prize, if any, shall be the sole responsibility of the prize winner. By entering the Sweepstakes, each prize winner agrees to comply with all federal, state and local reporting requirements. Prizes may not be sold, assigned, transferred, changed, exchanged, substituted, or redeemed for cash.

DISPUTES – All disputes arising from or relating to the Sweepstakes shall be submitted exclusively to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Salisbury, Wicomico County, Maryland. Each entrant hereby irrevocably consents to the jurisdiction of such courts and waives all objections thereto. Each entrant hereby irrevocably waives any and all right to trial by jury in any legal proceeding in connection with the Sweepstakes, the Terms and Conditions and any and all further transactions contemplated hereby. Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between or among the parties and any claims or causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, any prize awarded, or the determination of the winner shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. Any and all disputes that arise relating to the Sweepstakes must be filed within one (1) year from the end of the Sweepstakes Period.

INDEMNIFICATION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY – BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES, EACH ENTRANT RECOGNIZES THAT SPONSOR AND ITS PARENT, AFFILIATE AND SUBSIDIARY COMPANIES MAKE NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES AS TO THE PRIZE AND EACH ENTRANT AGREES TO INDEMNIFY, RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR AND ITS PARENT, AFFILIATE AND SUBSIDIARY COMPANIES, AND ALL THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS FROM ANY LIABILITY, DAMAGES, LOSSES OR INJURY RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM ENTRANT’S PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES AND THE ACCEPTANCE, USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE THAT MAY BE WON. EACH ENTRANT FURTHER RECOGNZIES THAT THE SWEEPSTAKES IS IN NO WAY SPONSORED, ENDORSED OR ADMINISTERED BY, OR ASSOCIATED WITH, ANY PARTICIPATING PARTIES’ SOCIAL MEDIA CHANNELS, INCLUDING FACEBOOK, TWITTER, INSTAGRAM AND YOUTUBE, AND AGREES TO INDEMNIFY, RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS FACEBOOK, TWITTER, INSTAGRAM AND YOUTUBE, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE PARENT, AFFILIATE AND SUBSIDIARY COMPANIES, AND ALL THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS FROM ANY LIABILITY, DAMAGES, LOSSES OR INJURY RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM ENTRANT’S PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES AND THE ACCEPTANCE, USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE THAT MAY BE WON.

MISCELLANEOUS – Headings are provided for reference purposes only and will not be given any substantive effect. The failure by Sponsor to exercise or enforce any right or provision herein shall not constitute a waiver thereof. If any provision herein is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, said provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remainder of these Official Rules shall remain in full force and effect.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS/WINNERS LIST REQUEST – To obtain a copy of these Terms and Conditions or for a list of winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Sponsor to 106 North Pennsylvania Avenue, Delmar, DE 19940. Requests for lists of winners must be received no later than three (3) months after the end of the Sweepstakes Period.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY – As an alternate method of entry into the Sweepstakes, participants may mail a 3-inch x 5-inch card on which the participant has legibly printed his or her first and last name, complete mailing address (e.g., street, city, state and zip code), daytime telephone number and email address (if available). Mail card to Coastal Bath Company, Attn: Dream Bath Giveaway, 106 North Pennsylvania Avenue, Delmar, DE 19940. No photocopies or reproductions allowed. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per stamped outer envelope. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by July 21st, 2023.
